Stage 1 - Quotation

Drop in, email, post or whats app approxomite dimensions of your proposed worktop and we will supply you with a quotation (please see form to help you with this process). We can offer you a choice of price bands. Don’t worry if you are a couple of mm as we will be taking templates prior to fabrication.

Stage 2 - Material Selection

Visit our fully stocked showroom for advice on what material best suits your individual needs. With numerous slabs of the most popular granite and quartz on display we're sure we'll have something to suit.

Natural marble and granite often contains characteristics indigenous to that particular material similar to a knot in timber. Often times these marks highlight the beauty of the natural material but on occasion a customer may find these characteristics unacceptable and we will work to avoid these during the fabrication process.
Quartz on the other hand is an engineered stone which means that all slabs are consistent in colour.

Consult to discuss your many options based on your design and budget from which we will be able to give you a comprehensive quote.

Stage 3 – Template Kitchen

Before the manufacturing of your worktop we must conduct an onsite visit where we survey and measure your kitchen with our precision LT 2D-3D laser digital templater. The kitchen must be in its fixed and final position. The sink & tap (we can also supply these) must be on site. This allows us to manufacturer your countertop to your kitchens exact specification as every kitchen is unique.

Stage 4 - Approval

Once our onsite visit is complete we go to work drawing out you future worktop on our CAD system. When this is all done we will email you a plan outlining all the finishes, profile, sinks recess drainers and various other options picked by you to be approved by you. This eliminates any confusion there may be between both parties.

Stage 5 - Fabrication

Production begins at our facility based in Co.Longford. Lead time from start to finish is usually 7-10 days from templating to the final installation. Using the most advanced 5 Axis CNC machines and edge polishers our highly experienced and skilled team create your bespoke worktop from a slab into an intricately formed with various polished edges and recessed drainers. Once all the manufacturing processes are complete your work is checked to meet our high quality standards before it leaves our facility.
